I am starting my conjunto and am wondering something silly but kinda important. Should all the guys dress the same or should we all dress how ever we want. I honestly don't know the answer to this so any advice would be great. I want to here from the fans as well as musicans themselves. Thanks again guys, great forum we have here.
mmmm old school is good but it also depends on the occasion .... but everything is different now in days ... we dress the same at big gigs but for small deals we wear our own thing ... preference is all up to u ... it looks good to look the same but is not requirable all the time ...
imagine means more than you think when it comes to the appeal of the groups. Yes the music is the bottom line but you can really supplement your groups popularity but looking good on stage. I also say dress modern. Enough of this old school cowboy stuff and those guabera shirts. If we want our music to progress with have to progress with the times as well. Just my 2 cents
from a fan's point of view and someone who is close to alot of conjunto's do your best to stand apart. make a style your own, and if your a young conjunto dress fashionable if possible.
