Mario Diaz Jr. is pure talent...he's number one, but thats just my opinon there are real good drummers here in H-town Danny Martinez, Jimmy Morin,Ray Cortez,Rudy Garcia, lil Leo.

The subject is, " Who are some of the best drummers in Houston" and then someone just started just putting one name and the its getting to where there is only one Drummer in Houston.  LOL   Mario Diaz Is a Bad Azz Drummer. But there are others. Conjunto Music is based on feeling.  You can't put a number on feeling cause everybody has a different feeling every time they play! It's my opinion, if it gets deleted cause it hurts some ones feelings then so be it, Mario Diaz Jr. Danny Martinez, Lil Leo, Ray Cortez, Jimmy Morin, Anthony,Ruben Mendoza, Rudy,Louie,and other drummers I have not brought up, Keep up the good work!!! Keep Conjunto Music going here H-town.
