Thank you both very much. I will in any way take away credit over what or how Coco plays his bajo sexto he is very good at what he is doing. As for how I play bajo sexto, I have been playin bajo sexto for 18 yrs and let me tell you somthn it really drained me out that night... lack of practice good thing is that I made the night...The best part is that in Houston, Rey Arizmendez, came by and he played bajo sexto the whole night and he did an awesome job.. That night was awesome due to that Greg went solo then Rey played bass and I played bajo sexto Jason was totally jamin out and Andy came out in one piece so we rocked H town.. Gracias amigos the best part is that we've being that we've been at this for many years it almost seems like normal lol...Thanks again you all are the best happy hollidays de parte de Cuatro Rosas....long live el rey de la musica tejana TONY DE LA ROSA....
Yes amigo it is an Hernadez Bajo Sexto. I like to brag about this one bro.. This mother packs a punch to it... I have tried several bajos over my years of playing this insturment and let me tell you dude I have never had one that brings chills to my spine like this one. Don't get me wrong technology can make you sound like the best, but when your playing live you only get what you hear...This bajo is a real mother bro... I have an Hernandez all made of maple it also gives you a very good sound but it all depends on what you want to hear and feel.. saludos bro and happy hollidays.
