I was just wondering do any of you young guys, still compose any original polkas, huapangos, shotis, redovas? I love that style of music but i don't hear the young crowd playing them much. What do you all think should the young crowd bring this stuff back but with a modern twist?
I think more young guys in conjunto should play more instrumentals. Do them their own style of course, but ya it's a great idea and a good discussion topic for sure.
