The Badd Boyz Del Valle what can i say? I have followed these guys career for the last few years. When they started off they were 100% conjunto, now a days they play a blend of tejano/conjunto. Never the less the cd looked good so i gave it a chance. Honestly it was ok not bad but nothing special or something that made you say WOW that's Puro Pinche Conjunto. There was some songs i enjoyed like Caray the Juan Gabriel Classic, and De Ti Estoy Enamorado (special guest vocals by Ricky Martinez from the Hometown Boys), La Differencia, and Con La Luz Apagada. Overall i liked cd but thought it was nothing special. To Tejano like for my personal tastes. Would i recommend this cd to a conjunto fan? No. Not to a hardcore conjunto lover myself but maybe to someone who likes tejano/conjunto music. These guys are talented and can play hardcore conjunto if they want to, but i think the record label has a say into what they sound like. Ok cd with a couple of great songs. I give it a B-
