I would like to partake in the endeavour and respectfully request assignment to the Ghost Recon Unit.  For I fear not, taking the battle to the enemy;  for if we are to be successful we must be willing to bend and break many a Bajo Strings; abuse many accordions; pound the skins and demand the bass lay down the sweetest of tempos; yes, many instruments will be sacrificed in this quest, however, their sacrifce will not be in vain, for we enter into battle to insure the sanctity of the music we love and make certain our future generations are not deprived of Conjunto music.  Measure not our success by the amount radio air play, but by the love expressed by each Conjunto lover; measure success by the number of youngsters that are touched by our music.  Press on my fellow Conjunto lovers and remember, UNITED WE STAND.
