Trino, hey fancy is fancy bud I'd definately use them coupons. It's you that she is interested in anyways, don't worry about the food. There will be many more times to take her out with your own money and if you still feel unsecure just let her know about the raffle and that you want to use them and not let them go to waste.  I'm sure she'll agree. As long as the word fancy is in restaurant I don't think she'd care whether it's free or not, either way she ain't payin. biggrin

hey maggie........the autoplay on the CI player doesn't hurt you all's bandwidth?

Vincent, not at all. You see, I don't link it through the site files. I actually load the show into a media file online that holds it in a folder. From there I go to an other site to load it into a flash player, from there I get the html code to put on here. The reason why it doesn't work right now you're probly thinkin, is because the other day during my lunch break I was loading the new show when I decided to experiment with other stuff. I erased the file and didn't have enough time to load it up. Hopefully by tomorrow or sat it will be up again. Although hopefully during my vacation in September I plan to redo the whole site little by little. When I first made it I didn't have that much time to put together so much in so little time. So if you notice on the catalog when you click the pics it takes you to a diff blank page. It's not supposed to, I made the pics into thumbnails and yes that does take up bandwidth. So hopefully when i redo the site and redo the catalog I will have lots more room, not that we dont' have enough, but lots more room to add more media to the site. Pics, shows, videos, etc.

TX MARK, very interesting question you have here. I actually think you tell your gf first, and see how that goes. Cause if she finds out later she'll probly be upset. But then what if she doesn't believe you, because it's her mother. I guess you really got to think of these things huh. lol. Do what your instinct tells you. If you feel safer telling the mother that you feel uncomfortable with what she is doing, then tell her first. Or vise-versa. You can always get away from situations like that. Just switch it around, hang out at your house, get away from that atmosphere. If you don't do anything about it then the situation is going to get worse, and you'll be in the hot seat even if you're not doing anything. But either way, I believe you should sit your gf down and get really personal with her and tell her how you feel. Maybe she's gone through that situation already with her, or maybe the mother is just foolin around and doesn't mean it. Just listen to the little people in your head, they'll know what to do.  Everything will get better, just explain it wisely, don't just blurt out, "You're mom flirts with me!" Actually tell her how you feel. Hope this helps :)

Mr. Cortez, you have to think about yourself other than others sometimes. If you really can't take it anymore do what you have to do to be happy. You only live once in "this" lifetime. You want to be happy, live, learn, and laugh with out any problems. If it really bothers you that much, then I'd head out to reality and find someone else. But you have to also think that these kids have a father, and believe no one else can take his place. That is probly the main reasons they are brats towards you. They take you as a trespasser, violating their rules. If you really love this girl and see yourself with her for the rest of your life, then tough it out, and show them who's boss. They aren't always going to be living with her. She's ganna need someone, right. They need to understand that. Like I said before, do what your heart desires, and be happy. Remeber that karma is always there as well, what these kids are doing to you all, they might be going through when they get married, or whatever in their adult years. So don't worry, and just do what your gut tells you. You'll be alright either way.

Maggie my mom started dating the dad of this guy i am kinda dating. It feels very weird, is it? Help me out here i am kind of grossed out because what if they marry and my bf becomes my bro! Yuck!!

Whitney, I kinda see your point there. In that situation I really wouldn't think much of it. Well, I lied, I would. In a way you should not be so disgusted with it. At least they aren't blood related. If you don't feel comfortable in this situation then I advise you to move on, cause it's just ganna get weirder for you if you're mother is really into your kinda bf's dad. Since you're not fully dating him i assume since you put kidda seeing him, it shouldn't be so hard for you to move on. But then again if you really like the guy then put the thought aside. You really have to think to yourself where you're ganna be years from now. What if your mom marries that guy and you marry your guy, but what if you have kids, then your guy will not only be the father but the step uncle, so on so forth, so yeah I see your point of how weird it would be, but he wouldn't actually be a blood uncle. So it's really up to you and how you feel. If you don't feel right in that relationship do what is going to make you happy. Don't worry what other's think, It's your life, live it how you want to.

Maggie hi, i need some advice. My ex called and said he wants all the stuff he bought me while we were together. I am trying to move on, should i give him his stuff back and be done with him?

CC girl , first off let me just say that I'm sorry that I over looked your question and am late on the answering. Second, I think that is just a cheap way to get to see you. When I had finally pulled the plug on my ex he did the same exact thing. I broke up with him, then two weeks later he calls and tells me he wants everything he gave me and his stuff back. I said ok. I gathered all his crap, put it in a black trash bag, and waited for him to come. He came, I did not let him in, he took the bag and the next night, he calls me crying that he had finally realized how much he cared. But that was a bunch of crock. If I were you, and if you're trying to move on with your life, give the boy his stuff back so he can stop cryin about it. Cause if you don't, he'll keep buggin you. And if any case he does pull what my ex pulls don't fall for it, just suck it up and move on. You have your own life to worry about, not his.

Maggie by dead beat brother in law owes me money. How can i ask him for it without my wife (his sis) getting mad?

Hello Speedy, I don't see why she should get mad. Money means a lot now a days, any little bit helps. Just look at the rising gas prices, along with the milk headen to almost $5 a gallon. You earned that money, go confront him and let him know in a nice manner that you were considerate enough to lend a dead beat money in the first place, and that you would now like your money back. Don't worry if your wife gets upset. She'll get over it, and she should understand the situation and should not pick sides, and go by facts. So don't worry and go get your dead beat money back. LoL. It's rightfully yours, so don't hold back. And if you don't feel right about your wife, let her know how you feel about the situation. I have a brother that borrows money all the time from me. He has a tendancy not to remember to pay back even though he tells me a certain date. I don't tell him anything to see if he remembers, and when he doesn't I tell my mom, and my mom usually does the yellin. LoL, no but I do confront him and let him know about it. Then he acts like he forgot, and gives it back to me, sometimes with interest. LOL. Good  luck.

I'm so sorry to those who have posted questions. I didn't see them till now. Plus it didn't help that i've been out of town almost the whole month. And thanks to those who have left flattering comments.OK, I'm here now so lets get started.

Lefty, How is it that you suspect such a thing? Are they getting offly (I don't know if I spelled that right, sorry it looks weird, anyways..) close? And honestly if you were to ask either of them the answer from both would probly be no, just to avoid complication with their relationship with you. Investigate more before you ask any questions. Follow the signs that they give off. If they seem like sexual, sensual, or flirty then maybe there might be something there. But keep in mind that most people are like that in personality without meaning it in that way. I have noticed a lot of guys that like to play like that, most don't really see what they are doing because that is just the way they are. And if you really want to get down and dirty I say you head to your girlfriend first. Ask her about the situation. If she really cares that much about you, then she shouldn't give you attitude on the subject. It's ganna be either a yes, or a no. And that's that. If she struggles around the question then maybe she is lying to you, so keep that in mind also. Beware of the signs though. If there is nothing happening then there shouldn't be a problem with her saying the truth, right? She also shouldn't get mad at you for asking that question, it's simple and might seem like an accusation, but truth be told she shouldn't get mad if she doesn't have anything going on with him. I'd take the chance and ask her though. I wouldn't like to be in that situation, I'd come out straight and ask, whether they like it or not. Remember, people come in and out of your life always, and there is plenty fish in the sea just incase it is true. So hang in there and good luck.

Hi Randy, I'd definitely stick to what you want. Music is music. It's not their life to worry about. You shouldn't worry of what other people might think of you. If they don't like it tell them to do what Triple X and Shaun Michaels say (well that's if you watch wrestling i guess, lol). Hehe. Don't let them walk all over you. Do what you want, and hey you never know, maybe you'll invent a new type of pop that everyone will like. :)

Michael,
I'm sorry this is so late. There's so much traffic on the message board that I over looked this question. Why don't you talk to her about the problem. Never try to work around it cause then she'd get more aggrevated then actually confronting her. Let her know how you feel about the situation. Tell her how you like to keep things in order, and if she disagrees with you, then try to work something out with her. Or you can always clean up after her. But then again, she'd probly like the maid service. So better not head that direction. And if you don't wanna talk about it with her, you can always pull a mirror trick on her. Do exactly what she's doing, to see how she actually feels about it. Then when she starts complaining then you can let her know how you feel about it. LOL, better get used to it Michael, there's more to come with living with someone. You remind me of a certain lil somebody out there, *coughs* no names, but you know who you are. I'm not a messy girl but I do things my way, because I am used to it like that. When you move in with someone else you have to put two and two together and change your methods cause then you won't get along at all. So yeah, good luck with that. Look at the brightside, you're not married yet, so you have plenty of test time. hehe.

Hi Pete,

Nooooo, you don't wanna do that. It will look kinda stalkerish, well unless you're the stalking type I guess it would be alright. LOL. But seriously, let it take it's course. Some girls take forever to call. It's a thing some of us like to do. Keep you all waiting. If it's been more than a month, and you really really really have a thing for this girl then I say go for it. Look for her, but only if you really like her, not just cause she got your number. I don't know if you watch this show or not, but I was watching Good Mornin America sometime last week, and some guy came out on the show because he saw this girl on the subway that he fell for. He looked everywhere for her, put up signs, posters, even started a website for her. Just to find her, well he found her and now they are dating. I mean don't do all of that stuff, it's kinda weird, LOL, but point is if you really like her then go for it. I think it will impress her if you went through the trouble of finding her.

Awwwe, that was so s-w-e-e-t! Wow, three years huh. Hope you didn't throw the ring at her. LOL, *coughs, Carlos*. Hehe, no but honestly some girls take time to answer. The reason being, some are insecure of themselves, some are afraid of change, and some, well some have other thoughts poundin around. Like finishing a task first, finding an established job, finding security before the big "Yes" word comes, and the fear of not ever dating an other guy again. Wow, that thought never went across my head when I got proposed to. The first thing I thought when he gave me my ring was, "Ummm, what a pretty ring. What is it for?" Took him a minute or two to actually ask the question, after I told him, lol. It's ok Car, I still love you. Have you asked her why she said "I don't know?" You probly wouldnt' wanna know, but it beats, beating around the bush. If she really loves you she'll come around, just give her time, marriage is a "Hugemongus" change in one's life. Maybe she hasn't had time to actually realize that you really meant it. Don't ask constantly, because if she keeps saying she's unsure then I'd worry bout that. I mean it doesn't necessarily mean something is going on, just take it as a sign if she does keep it up. Things happen for a reason. And it takes time to actually realize what that reason is. So just have hope, and hopefully she'll come around soon.

HONEY, CAN YOU PLEASE MOVE THE HECK OVER THERE! Please. Hah! you guys are funny. The reason why we do that is mainly for security. We feel more secure when we are by you all, also some women might think that it's you that want to be hugged, so that's why they do it. Just let her know that you're uncomfortable and can't sleep at night for that reason. She might throw a hissy fit, but she'll get over it, promise. Just make her feel loved and secure she'll understand. Let her know that you're there for her and that you don't need to be held at night to prove it. Or when she is a sleep move her over y yah, there you go, instant space. "Or" you can always take the couch. LOL . Just tell her the truth, and if all goes well, then you'll finally get your beauty sleep. biggrin.gif

Hi It's Me,

Honey it's not your parents life. Sure they know best, "sometimes", but how else do they expect you to learn life's lessons. It's just like applying for a job, and not getting it cause of no experience, how else do you get experience if not by learning first. Right? If you enjoy his company, and love the way he treats you I say go for it. Do what you're heart tells you. Good love is hard to find. He might be the one, he might not, but hey you have to try. So don't worry what you're parents think of him. They aren't dating him. Well unless you're like 15 and he's way older than you, then that's where I'd pull the plug and agree with you're parents. But like I said it's your life, and remember the 4 "L" words: Live, "Love", "Learn", and Laugh. That's what makes the world go 'round. Do what your heart desires smile.gif
