Hi friends i want my acordion tuned like Los 2 Gilbertos. How do you decribe they style of tuning it? I am new to this so any help would really be welcome. Thanks guys.
Tres, isn't that a different tunning? Your making reference to "dry-tuned". That's the tunning I have on all my accordions with the exception of one jazz tuned.
All it is is octaves isnt it cuz i have mine like that ....tony had his wit juss low octaves... now valerio and 2 G's have all buttons low and high tuned wit octaves... now the dry tuning is like hometown boys style
Im pretty sure GB on this ... i no where ur gettin on the " dry tuned" part bc my F accordion is dry tuned... it really does sound like it has octaves like 2 G's but it trully doesnt ... when i got it tuned by Amadeo he told me that it would sound like it but that it would be tuned just 440 flat even... so i no where your getting... but it is called desordinada the way the 2 g's have it ... i was confused at first with all these identitys of tuning but Amadeo explained to me most of them an i learned what each one was..

No problem man... thats what we are all here for to help out one another... i was confused at first too... but i learned what is was... now the only thing i wanna do now is learn how to tune ... lol.. that would be awesome... but i doubt that...
