Carlos, do you remember a group by the name of Fm Y Los Bad Boys? Did they ever record an album? I saw them on Johnny Canales years ago, and I never heard them since.
Hey GB i cant say i ever heard of them. Do you have any idea where they are from? Were they a conjunto? I will see what i can find out about them, and let you know. I figure they must have made something recorded to appear on Johnny Canales to promote it.
I believe they were fom San Angelo and their style resembled the older Mafia. Like La Mafia, The Bad Boys also would do some songs with accordion and bajo sexto. One of the songs I remember them playing was Paloma Dejame Ir. They came out in the late eighties I believe. The FM in FM & the Bad Boys was in reference to Frank Marcial whom I believe was the manager.
