Hey friends i am thinking about buying a baffetti acordion, but i wanted to know if they are good for the "conjunto sound" or not. Also are they durable? Can they take a good conjunto pounding and still keep jamming? Any help would be very useful. Thanks In advance!
Chucco, I have always been a faithful Hohner fanatic and have always used a Hohner. But, recently I have learned that Baffetti boxes "holds their own". Although I personally don't own one, I have had the opportunity on several occasions to play one and was very satisfied with its' performance and sound. I have been playing accordion for sixteen years and personally vouch for Baffetti Accordions. In addition, some of todays conjunto artist are now using Baffetti boxes. To name a few: Mando De Los Santos(La Venganza), Joel Guzman, Steve Martinez(Hometwon Boys), Eddie from Los Garcia Bros, Rocky Beltran(Los Badd Boyz).
Thank-You, Thank-You GB that's the info i was looking for. I think i will invest in one. Someone i know is selling one for $575 because they need some quick holiday cash. Well thanks once again GB i will keep you informed how everything works out carnal!
Update: I got it and man do i love the sweet sound made by this instrument. I think i made a great investment. Thanks to all that gave me advice. This board is awesome!
