Speaking of past conjunto winners, what ever happen to Los Tremendos V (T "V"). I have two of their CDs. Any one know if they have recorded any other cds or if they are getting out a new album?
Also, does anyone know if Boni's new album is out? Last I talked to him, he said in around four weeks, but I lost track of the day he told me. :blankstae:
Hey Conjunto Boy, last time i talked to David Flores the ex-acordion player for them he said that the group broke up a little more than a year ago. They tried a little reunion in December but things didnt work out. All the guys are now on there own. David and his brother(Bajo Sexto Player for T-5) formed Los Nuevos Alacranes, The Bass player is with Boni i think and Michael the drummer has his own group in Corpus. The singer i am not to sure what happened to him. I heard he is trying to make a New group, but those are just rumors. I hope that helps a little.
