hey conjunto101 try this link http://www.guadalupeculturalarts.org/xicanomusic/conjunto_application_2006.pdf its the applcation for the bands to join. If it doesnt work just go to the www.guadalupeculturalarts.org for info on how to join. I hope this helps bro.
