I'd like to extend an invitation to anyone who lives in the Corpus area that might be interested in being a committee member for the Veterano Conjunto Festival: We are having a meeting TODAY at 6:00 p.m. at The Progressive Center 413 Waco St. Corpus Christi, Tx. It is located off N. Staples, turn onto Lipan St., across from the Nueces County Jail (don't go there - LOL), and turn right on Waco. We basically need volunteers to help us sell ads for the placard and the program book and also to help out at the Veterano Festival.
