Hi Lionel, just wanted to say i am learning to play the bass and I love your style.The work you do for the Conjunto Boys is great. I am 14 years old and want to play like you do one day. I have 2 questions for you so i hope you read this. First i am trying to collect all the work you have done so i can learn from it. I have the cd's you did with Juaquin, have you ever recorded with anyone else? If so let me know so i can get them. Also I heard you used to play with Linda Escobar is that true? Did you record with her? Last what advice would you give me so i can play conjunto music your style. Well thank you and your my idol.

I just wanted to say thanks that u like my style of playing.Its all feeling to the beat of conjunto.puro conjunto and i like to experiment with some rock.which i used to play in a couple of rock bands back in high school. The first band i ever played with was los enmascrados.and i recorded the second cd with them.After them i played for linda escobar but did not get to record with them and of course i recorded all cd's with conjunto boys. Well just wanted say that my advice to u is play with feeling and love for conjunto. The rest will just come to u.
